Mother’s Day
May is the Month of Mary, it is also the month we celebrate motherhood and mother figures in our lives. Please share a picture of you with your mom or someone who has been a nurturing person in your life. Tag @cursaderconnect, then we will display these pictures on our Sacred Space next Friday
Grade 9 Service Project
Holy Cross grade 9 students are working with Chalice Canada to connect and support students at Rikiau school in Kenya. In addition, our annual Multicultural Day funds donated $500 to support the building of a library at their school. Covid-19 has impacted our plans to send videos to Kenya but our students will continue the connection with the Rikiau students through written letters which we know will be appreciated. Please enjoy the welcome video we received from their school.
